Who is Shredded Meals for?

Our services help many people in many ways. We have clients that are looking to lose weight, build muscle, eat healthier, feel better, and some are just looking to save the hassle of cooking or going out to eat.

Our meals are designed with fresh ingredients, good portions, low calories, and high protein, making it easy to fit into your “diet” regardless of your goals.

We recommend “flexible dieting”, a lifestyle in which you eat what you want when you want. We make flexible dieting easy to track and enjoy.

Note: If you are trying to gain weight, we recommend using our meals to help with your protein intake then supplementing your carbs with other sources. We also offer the option to buy bulk servings of carbs only. If interested, e-mail us at

How do I order?

We like to provide our members with several options to try us out, buy in bulk, or enroll in an automated subscription.

A La Carte: Pick the meals that you would like with as many or as little as you would like. Order at any time and order again when you want meals again!

Meal Packs: Choose the quantity of meals you would like and customize your meal pack with the options you choose at a discounted rate. Order at any time and order again when you want meals again!

Meal Plans: Enroll in a weekly meal plan for a specific amount of meals each week with the options you choose and receive a larger discount than meal packs. Customize your order each week or receive a randomized order for the quantity you choose. You can cancel or pause your Meal Plan at any time!

What meals do I receive?

We believe in giving our clients flexibility to choose what they want to eat. With all our options (A La Carte, Meal Packs, and Meal Plans) you get to choose what YOU want!

Note: If you are enrolled in a meal plan and you forget to choose your meals, your order will be chosen at random.

When do I receive my meals?

We like to make sure you’re ready for the week at the beginning of the week! Meals are delivered to your home or to your selected pick-up location on Sunday for orders placed by Thursday at midnight.

If you are not available to pick-up your meals on Sunday, you can pick-up your meals Monday – Friday during the pick-up locations business hours.

(Example: Order on Tuesday 3/5 and your order will be ready for pick-up or delivery on Sunday 3/10. If you order on Friday 3/8, after the Thursday deadline, your order will be ready for pick-up on 3/17)

Please note: If your orders are not picked up by the expiration date they will be disposed of. We are not able to issue refunds for orders that are not picked up.

Where do I get meals?

ou have the option to have your order delivered to one of our pick-up locations or directly to your home.

How long do the meals last?

Our fresh meals are good throughout the week! With proper refrigeration, our meals will last six days after the date of preparation. They should be consumed or frozen by the “Best By” date on the label.

(Example: Sunday Deliveries are good until end of day Friday)

Home Delivery – General?

For your convenience, your order can be delivered directly to your home if you live in a ZIP code within our delivery routes!

We recommend having a person at home to accept your delivery. If no one is available a large cooler with ice packs must be left by your front door. If no one is home and there is not a cooler available, your meals will be delivered to one of our pick-up locations. Fees may be incurred for orders that have to be switched from delivery to pick-up.

Home Delivery – Areas & Timing?

For your convenience, we strive to keep our delivery times and routes as consistent as possible. Our delivery drivers will update you by text with an estimated delivery time prior to your delivery.

Heating Instructions?

For convenience, most people heat their meals in a microwave according to the instructions on the meal label. Meals can also be reheated in a skillet or in the oven once removed from packaging.

How does your menu work?

Our menu rotates each week, so you don’t have to eat the same thing all the time! We offer a large range of different recipes with modified combinations to create standard meals, wraps, and low-carb meals.

Food Allergens?

We post the major allergens (milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soy beans) for each recipe. We conduct safe food-handling procedures to avoid cross-contamination; However, due to the nature of a high-volume commercial kitchen, we cannot guarantee trace allergens will not be present.

Pausing my meal plan?

If you need to pause your meal plan you can do so under your profile in the customer portal. Meal plans can be paused for up to two weeks at a time.

Cancellation Policy?

There is no subscription on A La Carte Meals or Meal Packs.

If you are enrolled in a Meal Plan you can cancel at any time. Cancellations received by Thursday will take effect immediately. Cancellations received Friday or later will take place the following week.
